Two line items, nothing else. Users cost ₹85 per user per month. Storage costs ₹680 per TB per month, billed on the capacity you select — starting at 50 GB and charged pro-rata (1 TB = 1024 GB). So 10 users with 500 GB is ₹850 + ₹332.03 = ₹1,182.03 per month. Move either slider and the total updates instantly. Payment is collected through Razorpay, with GST added at checkout.
Yes. The Free plan is not a trial — it's permanently free with no expiry date. You get 1 device, 10 GB of Wasabi hot-tier storage, AES-256-GCM encryption, the full 5-layer ransomware detection engine, incremental backup, and one-click restore. No credit card required to sign up. You can upgrade at any time.
We'll notify you before you hit your limit. On the Free plan, new backup jobs pause until you either upgrade or free up space by reducing retention or removing old snapshots. On paid plans you can raise your storage in the dashboard at any time — the new capacity is billed pro-rata for the rest of the cycle, and we never cut off your backups without warning.
Yes. Add or remove users and resize storage whenever you like. Increases are pro-rated for the remainder of the billing cycle; decreases take effect on your next invoice. There is no lock-in and no resize fee.
Yes — every account starts with a 14-day trial of the full paid feature set: air-gap B2 copy, Microsoft 365 backup, policy management, enrollment tokens, and priority support. No credit card required to start the trial, and you drop to the Free plan automatically if you do nothing.

Yes. Cancel at any time — you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your encrypted backup data is retained for 30 days after cancellation (in case you change your mind) and then permanently deleted from our servers. You can download your data at any time before cancellation.
