Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan is not a trial — it's permanently free with no expiry date. You get 1 device, 10 GB of Wasabi hot-tier storage, AES-256-GCM encryption, the full 5-layer ransomware detection engine, incremental backup, and one-click restore. No credit card required to sign up and no conversion pressure. You can upgrade to Business at any time.
What is the Business plan pricing?
Business plan pricing is customised based on number of devices and storage needs. We work with Indian businesses of all sizes and offer flexible monthly and annual billing. To get a quote, email us at info@groviavault.com or click "Talk to sales" above. Annual plans typically come with a significant discount over monthly billing.
What happens when I exceed my storage limit?
We'll notify you before you hit your limit. On the Free plan, new backup jobs pause until you either upgrade or free up space by reducing retention or removing old snapshots. On paid plans, we'll reach out to discuss a storage upgrade — we won't cut off your backups without warning.
Can I try Business features before committing?
Yes — all paid plans include a 14-day Business trial. Sign up for a Free account and your first 14 days unlock all Business features: air-gap B2 copy, Microsoft 365 backup, policy management, enrollment tokens, and priority support. No credit card required to start the trial.
How does MSP pricing work?
MSP pricing is based on the total number of protected devices across all your client tenants and the total storage consumed. We offer per-device per-month pricing with volume discounts at 50+, 200+, and 500+ devices. Contact us for a detailed quote and to discuss white-label options, SLA requirements, and API access for RMM integration.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your paid plan at any time — you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your encrypted backup data is retained for 30 days after cancellation (in case you change your mind) and then permanently deleted from our servers. You can download your data at any time before cancellation.
